  • NO flaming or foul language to other members.
  • NO Adult Oriented Messages or XXX Sites/Content.
  • NO Porno, Adult, Illegal Or Warez Sites.
  • NO Racial Or Drug-Related Or Other Illegal Content.
  • ANYONE caught SENDING any material that contains VIRUSES, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs will have their account  terminated immediately and they WILL BE PROSECUTED to the fullest extent of the law.
  • No Email Blocking Filters (EX: SpamCop)
  • NO Auto-responders. Immediate cancellation when found to be using one.
  • NO Full mailboxes or bounces. - If your mail bounces using an undeliverable email address or your mailbox is full this will result in your account being frozen until you provide an account that mail can be delivered to. There will be no exceptions
  • You agree to receive list messages.
  • You agree to receive messages at your contact email address from the administration of this list.
  • The following subjects are NOT allowed to be used when posting your ads on this SafeList. They are misleading & very unprofessional. The way our SafeList is designed with the Points system it is totally unnecessary anyway!  If you DO send an email using any of these subjects you WILL be removed immediately from this list.
